When Geoff's Mother died, each grandchild was given one of her 'things'
This cup, saucer and plate is what Brett received

Measurements

Cup - 2.625 inches high - 3.25 inches diameter
Saucer - 5.50 inches diameter
Plate - 6.25 inches diameter

The Backstamp

This photo is of the stamp on the cup - cannot work out the gold printing!!!
The stamp on the saucer is exactly the same
The plate has the same mark, but has "A4" in place of the "E9"

A Brief History
H J Colclough (1897 to 1937)
Colclough China Ltd (1937 to 1948)
Ridgway and Adderley Ltd (1952 to 1955) and Booths and Colclough Ltd (1948 to 1954)
On 1st January 1955 continued with Booths and Colclough's Ltd as "Ridgway, Adderley, Booths and Colcloughs Ltd"
Renamed Ridgway Potteries Ltd from 28th February 1955

Ash Hall - the Headquarters of Ridgway Potteries Ltd

One of the largest pottery combines in existence, eight factories comprised the group, the oldest of which is Booths,
which was already established in the eighteenth century as producers of high-grade earthenware

Potteries in the Ridgway Group included

----------Colcloughs, Regent Works, Longton
----------Paladin Works, Fenton
----------North Staffordshire Pottery, Cobridge (previously the Globe Pottery)

and searched through the Patterns List at the above Replacements Ltd link

She found this set
Not the same - but close!!!

The was no pattern name, and it was designated "#CLC13"

However, the pricing may give some idea as to the value of Sharon's trio

A 2.625 inch high footed cup and saucer set with scaloped edges retails for AUD$61.00
and a 6.25 inch bread and butter plate is
AUD$19.00
and that is around $80.00 for the set
