NOTE - Czech Republic to replace Greece - Colombia arrives late
Greece is not taking part in the World Baseball Championships
The country has informed the organisers of the event of its withdrawal
without as yet advancing any reasons
The IBAF (International Baseball Federation) and the World Championships organisation
are happy to announce that the Czech Republic is more than willing to accept the invitation
to replace Greece
In the mean time the organisation is also facing difficulties with the Colombian team arriving
late due to visa issues
For this reason the match scheduled for September 3rd in Amsterdam has been rescheduled
for September 8th, also in Amsterdam at 18.00 hours
As the Colombian team will not arrive earlier than Sunday morning the match in Eindhoven
will not start at 13.00 hours but at 18.30 hours to give the team time for preparation
