A note from Sharon

Every now and then you feel like you want to change your look - drastically!!
I was tired of my mousey hair and decided I wasn't too old to be a blonde!!

I made the appointment and off I went

The colour I had in mind was a nice ash blonde ... but there was a problem
As you can see from the "before" photos below, I had some red in my hair from a colour I had put in a while ago

So the hairdressers decided they needed to bleach my hair
It was on for about forty minutes and still hadn't 'come down' to the level they were looking for
So, before the toner went on I had to have a few foils in the front to take away some of the gold toning

There are six photos near the bottom of this page that were taken while I was in the Salon

The girls gave me the colour of the toner so I can buy it and put it on as my hair grows out
It is Igora Colour Gloss 9 1/2 - 4

I won't have to have it bleached again and will probably just top it up with foils and develop the nice ash blond I am looking for

Today's result ?? ... well, it's not quite what I was after ...
but I love the cut ... and I love the colour
... and it is definitely different!
