Hi again, Teresa, and I can only hope that everything is going as best it can under the circumstances
We were thinking of you on Sunday 9th November as Sharon ran her Half Marathon ... such a sad day as this is Tanya's Birthday
With the help of friends, Sharon finished and I am damn proud of her !!
I had this note in my diary ...

... and just wondering if you are feeling up to still giving it a go ??

I actually just did a run and was thinking, oh my God, how did Sharon do twenty one kilometres ??
And I have to do that on Saturday 6th December !!
I often, when I'm having a hard run, wish for Tanya to get me back up and going ... and it works !!
As I know she would be giving it 200% plus then some ... she has achieved a lot and it's very inspiring for someone like me !!
And to see Sharon carrying on is great !! ... I follow all the posts so never stop ... that is one thing I loved about Tanya
I hope you guys are well and Sharon's feet got some 'tender-loving-care' !!
Have not had not much time for training as I've been busy at work ... but the total has jumped to over four thousand !! ... I think I will have to check
My family are doing well

Had my first trial run race ... 1300m swim + 42km bike ride + 9km run
Finished ... and had a bit left !!
We going to get a Balloon to put on our bike rack for "Tanya"
I hope she rides on our backs and keeps us safe
New Zealand is pretty beautiful and she is often in my thoughts while I'm training

Tanya is an inspiration ... I wish she was here for me to nag her !!
My husband and I have it all planned out
We will be saying our wee prayer before we go as he knows how much Tanya inspired me
My dad is off hunting tomorrow for a helium ballon for our 'Tanya Marker' ... and we will send you photos of the "T" !!
Then it is all down to the getting it over and done with ... please make sure she knows I want fine weather and no flat tyres

"Weather" and "tyres" she has got under control ... she reckons it will be a terrific day, although sometimes angels wake up in bad moods and just want to cause mischief !!

When I ride or run and feel like crap, I pick myself up and think of her ... I do get the odd tear ... she inspired so many people !!

Thanks for all your kind words and support ... it means a lot
It is hard to say but I know Tanya would have been messaging me little quirky thinks all the time
I read your post and I cried like I do when I think about how wrong it is that she is not here
I read it to my husband and cried again
And I know by talking to Jacqui that she did to
I love reading Sharon's Posts
They brighten up my day, and all the hardcore things you are doing are also very inspirational
I can't wait to see what you are doing next ... and I'm sure Geoff will be in the shade somewhere supporting you to !!
It was raining on Friday and blowing a gale on Sunday but I had perfect weather Saturday
I could not have asked for any better and of course I had no flat tyres so "TMR" sorted that side of things out

We really wanted you to know we were cheering you on, Teresa.
I will never forget Tanya after her race ... HERE ... she was so happy and excited !! ... and you had the same look on your face in the photos we saw !!
What an achievement ... something to be very proud of !!
I'm glad Tanya sorted out the weather for you
I look at the sky and clouds and sunrises and sunsets a lot and always think of Tanya
She loved being out in all weather and was always messaging me photos of the sky when she was out training and telling me I should be up too !!
We miss her so much but we love hearing from all her friends and love so much that you take the time to think about her and us
I am looking around for 'Another Challenge' ... have to see what comes up ... no more running in thirty three degree heat though !!

Well, I think that she is getting really good views of New Zealand !!
I will make sure she sticks to my side at events ... then after that she will probably find a "Table with a Pole" on it ... lol ... HERE

She is truly 'My Rock' when it comes to events !!
We are planning our trip to Cairns again ... could be around April !!

I am sure there is always a "pole" around somewhere to show off her dance moves !!
I think it helps to have a reason or goal or a promise you have made to be inspired to push yourself that bit harder
Tanya and Brett both inspire me to keep going with my fitness
Tanya is always whispering in my mind and Brett is here physically to really make sure I keep going ... and between them there is no stopping me !!
We are really looking forward to be being able to say 'hi' to you properly !!
