Went and watched him play the scheduled
baseball game
after which he came to our house bringing these three pieces of
meat
plus he took over the kitchen and made sure they were cooked perfectly
"Eye Fillet"
each with their
own portion of garlic butter
.
.
The garlic butter was set aside
and the steaks spent twenty minutes
in the oven at one-eighty degrees
Sharon, meanwhile, prepared these sweet
potato chips for her and Brett ...
... and here they are ... along with
Geoff's plain and ordinary and frozen ones !!
The three plates ... Sharon and Brett
... and it looks like Geoff wasn't too keen on having a salad
either !!
... and the garlic butter is now melting
through each piece
