WATER  LEAK
The  FIRST  video is "before"
and the  SECOND  is "after" we cleaned up a bit
The rain was really pissing down ... unbelievable !!
It has eased off a bit now and we hope it fucking goes away altogether !!
Water was still coming down the walls and beams but nowhere near as much
We are going back at 11.30am to have a final look around and more cleaning up
Looked all around both units but could not see any other leaks or problems
Dear Lord and Dear Tanya ... Please Make The Rain Go Away !!

Because of how it looks, we are not saying anything to Mark about the leak
Sun is shining brilliantly at Trinity Beach at the moment
We are going to wait and say hello to Mark and then go home

Bugger !! - the bloody rain at Trinity Beach !!
As I have said, Sharon has tomorrow off so we'll keep an eye on the Leak and Wall, etc
Now, the first Open Home was at 3.00pm
The two last weekend started at 1.00pm
Do you know what time it will be on Saturday and Sunday ??

8.00am Friday ... torrential rain last night !!
But there was only one little mark on the wall ... which is gone now !!

Lawns are looking a bit "wild" so we rang the Mower People
It is going to be done on Wednesday now
Will look perfect for both the final Open Home and then the Auction on Saturday
