#01 - "Roneberg off to fast start" - an article published in the Florida Today paper - 30th April 2000 ..........this is a great story on Brett in which he is interviewed about his great start to the season, his consecutive "on base" streak, the back injury in 1998, his season with the Kane County Cougars in 1999, how he started playing baseball, the sport in Australia, the coming Olympics, etc

----------and the photo which was published with the above article - a diving catch!!! ..........a great shot!!!

#02 - Independence Day - Tuesday 4th July 2000 - card sent to Brett

#03 - Brett was voted "Favorite Player for the month of August 2000" - notice from the Manatees web site

"Walks in a Season" record - set in 1995, the record stands at 78

#01 - with 73 walks season-to-date, Brett leads the Manatees and is just 5 shy of the record!!! - Friday 25th August 2000

#02 - another walk today - 4 behind!!! - Saturday 26th August 2000

#03 - two walks in today's game, and that gives Brett 76 - just 2 to go!!! - Monday 29th August 2000

#04 - one more today and Brett has now reached 77!!! ..........BUT THAT WAS ALL!!! - Brett did not play in the last few games for the Manatees - he was on a plane returning to Australia to join up with the Olympic Team!!!

- Number One - Friday 6th April 2000 - Space Coast Stadium

"Brett Roneberg launches a three-run homer in the second inning for the Manatees" - article from the Florida Today paper ..........Brett had a fantastic game!!! - he went 4 hits from 5 at-bats, including the home run and a double - plus drove in 5 runs!!! (which equaled a Manatees record for RBI's in a game!!!)
