PART ONE ...... pre April 2009

Below is a list of a few of the Exercise and Fitness Programs Sharon has done over the years
... and this list is not complete !!
In addition, over the years Sharon has walked "a miilion miles" around the streets of Trinity Beach,
ran up and down the beach "a thousand times", participated in numerous Charity Walks,
joined up with Tanya in programs like Water Aerobics, and has been an off-and-on member of local gyms
... plus all she eats is what I call seeds, nuts and grass !!

PART TWO ...... post April 2009

As mentioned above, Sharon joined a gym during her holidays in April 2009 and this worked out fine for those
two weeks ... but she is a 'working-girl' and would have found it difficult to fit in a gym program before or
after work ... so the solution was to do it at home ... the shots below show how our carport has been turned
into a Mini Gym and though it has only been set up for a few days, it seems like it will be suitable ... she has
got the big mirror, a clock on the wall, her gym ball, carpet matting, and lots of bits of equipment ... Brett
has designed a program for her, and this combined with continued use of the Elliptical Strider, visits to the
beach, and running up and down "a mile high" set of steps which are on the Esplanade, should all result in a
!! Sexy Svelte Sharon !!
