The description of the Pendant and receipt are on this page
Unfortunately the setting has broken away and please see the attached photo to see what has happened:-

I did take it to a jeweller here in Cairns to look at and it fell out of the setting completely as he was looking at it !!
His advice was to return it to you and ask you to replace it
Given that for him to create a new setting for the stone would cost approximately the amount my husband paid initially, I believe his advice to be sound
We don’t go out too much and I would say I have not worn the necklace more than fifteen times in total
I trust that you will replace this item
Please forward me details of how you would like the Pendant returned

Based on the information that you have provided regarding your product, you may return your product for inspection by our jeweller
Once inspected, we will be able to advise you accordingly
Please follow the instructions below to return the Pendant to us

You may use a courier service to return the parcel, or for items valued under $150.00, you may use Express Post
Please note that we are not able to accept delivery of parcels unless the shipping is prepaid ... Gillett's Jewellers will not be responsible for shipping fees under any circumstances
Please note that Gillett's insurance does not cover the return shipping of the parcel from the customer to Gillett's ... the parcel will be sent at your risk ... you may like to obtain insurance on your parcel
Please include the original or copy of the invoice with the jewellery item
Please also include a short letter saying that the reason for returning the jewellery
Please let us know when you have sent the item back to us
