!! LOOK AT THIS !!

Robert, the Manager of Mahogany Village, told me a little while ago that the tree was fruiting
I did not check it out then ... but I did today
Fabulous !! ... I can spot a half dozen or so in amongst the foilage but there could be more
Each is about 50mm / 60mm in diameter
Will wait now for these to go yellow and soft as per the label above ... and then they will be eaten !!

Thursday 28th February 2019

Here are the details on the tree once again

The fruit had gone a "yellow" colour ... but had been rock-hard for months and still were
We picked these two to try in an expirement !!

Saturday 2nd March 2019

Today, one of the above was cut in half by Robert, the Manager
Conclusion = Rotten

Sunday 10th March 2019

The other was taken inside to ripen
Cut open today ... and the conclusion was again = Rotten

Sunday 17th March 2019

"Herbs and Spices"

Rosemary ... Mint ... Lavender

These plants were given to us by Barrie and Clare Pearn when they moved from Unit 139 all the way to Melbourne !!

A few days later they all had a bit of a "haircut" ...

... and here is the Rosemary and Lavender on Sharon's kitchen counter ... did not use much of it BUT she loves the "perfume" !!

Front Patio Garden

The Scrub Hens and Wallabys are continually digging up and scratching aound in this area
and the mess ended up all the way to our front door

!! time for a little bit of fencing !!

The first job was to bang in some hardwood posts ... and here are a few of them

The fence needs strength ... so more  posts were used ... one dozen in total over twelve metres

Here is the Mesh / Fence that was used

.

Another similar fence under the stairs
was added today in an effort to keep these guys out

They eat everything and knock over the plants

And we hope they don't start jumping over
... which they could easily do !!
