around the dirt area of diamond one and back to the slab

the length of this run was measured accurately
during January 2011 and it is 155 metres

it is completed eleven times equalling 1.7 kilometres

NOTE #01
Brett and Ritchie completed their program first and then assisted the others

NOTE #02
Brett and Ritchie swung the 24 kilo kettle ball ... the rest used either an 8 or 16 kilo ball

Brett has moved up to a 32 kilo kettle ball, Tanya now uses a 24, Sharon swung a
20 kilo ball, Kahlia used a 16 and Rhona and Michelle used 8 and 16 kilo balls
and due to his shoulder injury, Ritchie also used an 8 and a 16 kilo

NOTE #01
Brett injured his hand / wrist on the first round and could not continue
Tanya used a 20 kilo ball and did 'man' pushups all through the workout
Sharon swung a 16 kilo ball and 95 of her 100 pushups were the proper 'man' type
Rhona completed dips instead of pull ups

NOTE #01
As a "true test" of improvements that 'could-or-should' have been made since Friday
5th March 2010, Ritchie asked everyone to use the kettle ball that they used on that date
ARE
--THERE--ANY--IMPROVEMENTS ?? ... just check the chart below !!

NOTE #02
Ritchie used a 24 kilo ball as did Josh (or 20 kilo ?)
Sharon and Kahlia swung 16 kilo balls
Tanya, due to her back injury, used an 8 kilo ball and did 'girl' push ups
Lauren, a first timer, also swung an 8 kilo ball
if any of these are wrong, please let me know

Kahlia had to leave but completed seven repititions

NOTE #01
Lars used a 32 kilo ball
Josh had a 24 kilo and Matt used a 20 kilo
Sharon swung a 16 kilo ball
and so did Tanya, who was working out with a sore back
Rhona did one round using an 8 kilo ball and then changed to a 16 kilo
if any of these are wrong, please let me know

NOTE #02
In the past, pull ups were not Rhona's favorite thing and she completed 'dips' instead
Using the PowerBands, she did the pull ups today ... and did a damn good job !!
